Project Overview
The Sompalli Catheterization Laboratory in Sebring, Florida is a 6,000-square-foot medical diagnostic center. BEED Engineering provided MEP engineering design services.
A catheterization and diagnostic facility is a clinical occupancy. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have to support procedure and support rooms in a 6,000-square-foot building.
The Challenge
Diagnostic and procedure spaces need coordinated HVAC, power, and plumbing. The design had to provide a full MEP package for the Sebring medical diagnostic center.
BEED Engineering's Scope
BEED provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design. Construction administration was not listed as part of this assignment.
