Project Overview
A 2,500-square-foot physician office in Vero Beach, Florida received MEP engineering design from BEED Engineering. The project sits on the Treasure Coast, near BEED’s work in Fort Pierce.
A small medical office still needs coordinated HVAC, power, and plumbing. The assignment was a full MEP package for that 2,500-square-foot clinical occupancy.
The Challenge
Exam rooms, waiting, and support spaces share one small floor plate. The design had to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the Vero Beach physician office.
